User and Audit Guide

We have released our User and Audit Guide for our new assessment templates.

 

This Guide outlines how to use the Skin Deep Learning Resources to collect essential evidence.  You will also find a section in the User and Audit Guide that sets out evidence that is collected in the Resources and sets out what your RTO needs to do to ensure there are no gaps in your collection of evidence.  

Please save a copy, so that you can train new staff members, create performance benchmarks for practical tasks and ensure to use the Guide at your next audit.  If you have an audit coming up, please get in touch with us two weeks before your audit and we can give you advice on the resources and will ensure we have someone available on the day of your audit to answer any questions the auditor may have.
